He is currently an honorary advisor to the Professional Marketing Management (International) Association, a Fellow of the International Marketing Managers Association, an authorized lecturer of the International Financial Consultants Association and a professional instructor of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.

He has extensive experience in finance, insurance, banking and training. He has served as the business director of a famous insurance company, a major bank as the head of the training department and the head of the personal banking department. Andy’s lectures are lively and interesting, explain the profound things in a simple way, and are very popular with students.

He has served in Bank of China Group, Swire Coca-Cola, G2000 Group, Hutchison Whampoa Group and the Red Cross Society. He is responsible for the human resources development and training of Chinese management cadres and salesperson and promotes the performance management system. He has extensive professional consulting experience and strong theoretical foundation and international vision.

He has more than 30 years of experience in insurance industry and has served in different international insurance companies in Hong Kong and China. He has accumulated rich experience in General Insurance especially in medical market and has a deep understanding of Hong Kong and China’s insurance market. Also he is a part-time lecturer of Vocational Training Council –Peak and a committee member of Industry Training Advisory Committees (ITACs) –Insurance.

He is an assistant director of the China Business Department of Haitong International Securities Group Co., Ltd., serving banking securities and listed financial institutions for 16 years. He is engaged in securities, fund, futures, personal wealth management, management and financial talent training, and has worked in Hong Kong and overseas financial newspapers and magazines, and TV media published investment reviews.

He has more than 30 years of experience in financial institutions, engaged in foreign exchange and currency market transactions, investment analysis, financial planning, asset management and other work. In the financial management work for many years, he has accumulated rich experience in wealth management and investment and financial planning.

He has more than 20 years of work and management experience in the insurance industry and has worked for different international insurance companies in Hong Kong. He has accumulated rich training experience in insurance training and management for many years. He is currently a guest lecturer at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a part-time tutor at the Vocational Training Council’s Institute for Advanced Studies, and a professional trainer at the Hong Kong Institute of Banker.

Kathy has more than 10 years of training experience in insurance and financial institutions, and social community organizations. She has worked for a number of well-known insurance and financial institutions in Hong Kong.  Kathy is now focusing on conveying “Body, Mind and Spirit Education” as the ultimate goal, and is committed to psychology, personality guidance, positive thinking, mindfulness decompression, colors and arts, combined with various types of training, including: internal and frontline team governance and management, team building, acceleration on business and sales, professional image, building relationship, stress management, etc.
